You've done an excellent job painting what the future may (probably) will look like. I also like how you compared NFTs to high fashion (could also be compared to which cell phone someone owns).
I didn't really understand this NFT allure until the past couple of weeks when there has been massive reporting about it. I like how you describe "flexing" and it reminds me of car ownership in my generation.
My challenge is trying to guess the NFT project that will take off next and what it's sustainability will be. I,e. Cryptopunks today sell for $1+M USD. Will that figure be higher in 10 years or will Cryptopunks be a dated artifact that got replaced by "NFT experiences?"
Another way to play the market if you aren't interested in taking the risk or don't have the bandwidth to do research on individual NFTs is to buy cryptos that are tied to this space.
Not financial advcie, but on CoinGecko, they recently added a category at the top where you can see NFT related cryptos sorted by Market Cap. This would be more akin to owning the museum and not the individual art works. Thanks for the great article!
