The energy usage debate seems like a manufactured argument because its hard to argue Bitcoin for multiple reasons.

Don't get me wrong. I'm all for environmentally-conscious solutions but picking on Bitcoin when tons of businesses/entities consumer energy and pollute makes it seem like Bitcoin is a whipping boy.
