Thank you for the response Igor. You mention Drip and it has made promised payouts for just about one year. In the same period of time, it's arguably one of the most successful projects in DeFi nearing 100,000 particpating wallets. Drip has easily been the most profitable investment in my life.

I agree that all of these DeFi projects are risky. But how many times has BTC dropped by 50-80%? I like how these projects (Drip and Elpehant.money) aren't developer dumps like so many other projects. As far as sustainability, I think Elephant has mechanics in place that can allow it to payout for a long time.

These aren't the right projects for everybody and it may not be the right fit for you. But, I would rather take a risk and earn some gains than have money in a savings account where I know it will be losing value.
