Respectfully, I disagree. Assuming that Facebook will always be the top social media platform is a big assumption. Technology moves/changes quickly.

Many people aren't happy with Facebook and how they handle their information. I agree that they have a large moat, but in tech, many things can happen. In the 90s, Apple was a joke. Today, they seem to be able to do no wrong.

BTW, I'm not a Facebook fan either so there's two other users who would consider another platform.
