I agree that real estate is a good idea and should be a part of a portfolio. You may be missing some of the benefits of Bitcoin and crypto including diversification, a hedge against central banks’ aggressive monetary and fiscal policy, and the technological doors that crypto can open up. Risk is directly correlated with reward and many would argue that it’s far riskier to not have any exposure to this asset class (Bitcoin is best performing asset of past decade) rather than investing a small percentage.
