How Can You Tell If We’re Still Early to Crypto?

Just because 75% “corrections” in crypto happen every few years, it doesn’t make it easier to watch our portfolios’ diminishing values. However, if we can remove ourselves from the here and now, it’s easy to see tremendous growth.

My area has a family-owned pizza chain, and each restaurant has old black and white pictures of what the city looked like before it became the city it is today. If you were driving through the area back then, when photographers took those pictures, it would have been hard to imagine the city has grown to what it is today.

But, looking at things in hindsight, it’s easy to see why my area has grown so massively in the past 60–70 years. The climate is fantastic; it’s near a large metropolitan city, there was plenty of space to build, and builders could buy the land cheaply, thus creating affordable housing. The pizza restaurant pictures show a timeline of when the city was empty to when construction began and major roads, commercial, and residential projects attracted even more people and businesses.

Disasters like fires, earthquakes, and shootings have happened in my city, but thousands of residents still love calling it home. If we…
